Construction
|
 |
FEATURE 1.
The H20 'lifetime' acrylic shell is constructed of 3 distinct layers. This attractive, yet durable cast-acrylic surface is backed by a custom vinyl ester resin to ensure that the shell is impermeable to hot water vapours from within the hot tub. Several layers of fiberglass back this surface to provide exceptional structural strength. FEATURE 2.
Standard for the H20 spa is a full 1/2" cedar cabinet supported by a 2"x3" support frame. All side panels are removable for service access. An optional low maintenance cabinet is available. FEATURE 3.
Cradled within the insulation of your H20 Spa is our oversized plumbing, which, when paired with our efficient high volume pumps, allows balanced water flow to be delivered to the jetting. Balanced flow plumbing eliminates vibration and ensures longevity of components, such as jets.
FEATURE 4.
Unique to H20 spas is our multi-layered insulation. The cavity between the underside of the spa shell and the cabinet is filled with a combination of high density closed foam and mineral wool insulation. Unlike conventional full foam tubs, the mineral wool insulation is easily removed if service to the plumbing lines is required. FEATURE 5.
Every H20 Spa is built on a supporting foundation base sealed off with an extremely durable molded plastic tray to protect against moisture and pest infestation. FEATURE 6.
Our quality shows in attention to detail. All electronic components are protected within a purpose-built equipment housing molded within the spa to protect from damaging moisture and excessive temperatures.

Therapy/Jetzones

Because we are all individuals we each have our own massage and therapy considerations. For this reason we have designed a level of massage customization unequalled within the industry. All H20 Spas come standard with full body massaging jets that are positioned specifically to address known body ailments. The grouping of jets within a seat is called a Jetzone. Each JETZONE is focused on invigorating and rejuvenating specific muscles. You have the option of deciding which are most important to you by purchasing either a Recreation, Therapy or Luxury model spa.

JETZONE 1 - UPPERBODY
|

Feel 'cocooned' within the deep arm chair seat while the 19 jets apply precise deep muscle massage, targeting known pressure points along either side of your spine.

JETZONE 2 - LOWER BACK
|
 |
Designed to help alleviate chronic lower back pain, this seat is designed around an oversized jet whose powerful rotating action relaxes tense muscles helping massage away fatigue and improving body movement.

JETZONE 3 - LOWER BODY
|
 |
The carefully positioned accu-pressure jets featured in this seat can be controlled to give precise amounts of water flow to thighs and calf muscles.

Circulation/Filtration
|
 |
All H2O spas come standard with 2-speed motors that can be used for filtration as well as jet action. Using this system, the main pump is programmable to filter at specific times of the day. If you would like a more energy saving system then we recommend that you upgrade to our “always clean” filtration system that constantly cleans the spa water using a dedicated circulation pump. This 1/15 hp motor quietly cleans and heats the spa ensuring that the larger jet pumps are used exclusively for massage therapy. Attempting to perform the same continuous 24/7 filtration using a competitor’s large 7 hp motor would consume several times more energy, resulting in several times the cost.

JETZONE 4 - UPPER BACK
|

The Four pulsating jets send streams of warm water to aching muscles, treating them to a sensation of finger-like massage. Helping to rejuvenate your mid to upper back by increasing the blood supply to these areas.

XP3 Flo Master Pumps
|
 |
For the delivery of high volume amounts of water to the jets, the H20 engineers have designed a unique system incorporating high volume XP3 Flo-Master pumps with low energy consumption motors. High volumes of water flow though oversized plumbing lines to provide a strong massaging flow at the jets. This balanced system allows our motors to perform at an efficiency level unequaled within the spa industry. For our customers, this translates to low energy use at peak performance, quiet operation and no undue stress on vital plumbing components. An added bonus of the XP3 motor is that the warm air produced is vented towards the pump , helping to heat the water and therefore recycling the energy.
